MAC’s approach to BCA’s includes identifying the issues specific to the proposed project, defining the base case, developing alternatives, evaluating economic impacts, and providing recommendations and documentation.  Julie and Amy were members of the project team that completed the BCA for the West Virginia Public Port Authority to evaluate the proposed Regional Airport.
