For major infrastructure projects, MAC assists program managers with financial management of the construction projects.  For example, MAC develops financial plans including projecting cash flows and funding strategies as well as the preparation of the monthly report.  Julie and Amy performed these services for Hamilton County on the Cincinnati Reds Ballpark and the City of Cincinnati on the Fort Washington Way highway reconfiguration project.
