MAC’s approach to a peer analysis involves holding special sessions at a host airport to zero in on one specific airport’s issue.  During the session, airports and consultants are asked to describe their situation to the peer review group, which then offers intense and frank feedback.  Julie has been involved with such peer groups for Manchester and Ft. Myers airports.
